Ya Allah, send prayers and salutations on Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

“What are the disbelievers waiting for, other than the Hour which will come upon them unawares? Its signs are already here, but once the Hour has actually arrived, what use will it be then to take heed?” (47:18)

“Closer and closer to mankind comes their Reckoning: yet they heed not and they turn away.” (Al-Anbiya’ 21:1)

“It is He who raised a messenger, among the people who had no Scripture, to recite His revelations (ayatihee, signs of the hour) to them, to make them grow spiritually and teach them the Scripture and wisdom, before that they were clearly astray”(62:2)

The Prophet (saws) said, whilst pointing with his index and middle fingers, “The time of my advent and the Hour are like these two fingers.”

In our book “The Syrian Uprising and Signs Of The Hour” we have chronologically arranged the Ahadith about the signs of the hour into the order the prophet (saws) said these events would occur in, what emerged from that effort is the fact that the prophet (saws) indeed foretold of all the events from his time to ours, one after the other, and because all the events can be placed in an order we can also know what will occur next and where we are in that order of events.

It is very clear then that we are now living in the time just before the major wars begin, their starting point is the Syrian civil war we see today, and then the Egyptian and North African wars with Europe will soon follow.

Hudhayfah (ra) said: “The Prophet stood up one day to speak to us, and told us everything that was going to happen until the Hour, and left nothing unsaid. Some of the listeners learnt it by heart, and some forgot it; these friends of mine learnt it. I do not remember it completely, but sometimes it springs to mind, just as one might remember and recognize the face of a man whom one had forgotten, when one sees him.” (Abu Dawud, Muslim)

Because we can place all the ahadtih on a timeline we can place names and years for when the events occur, which all leads to one question when will the end come. For muslims there are two “ends” they are waiting for in life, the hour itself and the end of Islam on earth before that time.

Abdullah bin Amr reported that a person came to him and said, “What is this Hadith that you narrate that the Last Hour would come at such and such time?” Thereupon he said, “Hallowed be Allah, there is no god but Allah (or the words to the same effect). I have decided that I would not narrate anything to anyone now. I had only said that you would see after some time an important event that the (sacred) House (Ka’ba) would be burnt and it would happen and definitely happen.” He then reported that Allah’s Messenger said: The Dajjal will appear in my Ummah and he will stay (in the world) for forty — I cannot say whether he meant forty days, forty months or forty years. Allah will then send Isa (a.s), son of Mary, who will resemble Urwah ibn Mas’ud. He (Isa (a.s) Christ) will chase him and kill him, (Isa will then live for 40 years and die). Then people will live for (a further) seven years, during which time there will be no rancor between any two persons. After that Allah will send a cold wind from the direction of Syria. None will survive on Earth, having a speck of good in him or faith in him: he will die. Even if some among you were to enter the innermost part of the mountain, this wind would reach that place also and cause your death. I heard Allah’s Apostle (peace be upon him) as saying: Only the wicked people will survive and they will be as careless as birds with the characteristics of beasts. They will never appreciate good nor condemn evil. (Muslim, Book 40, No.7023) Continue reading

Tafsir Surah al Najm (53:1-18)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

084e4b734b8cd521b3d668c6006214bc“by the stars when they set” [1]

There are three opinions regarding this verse, the first is that Allah swore by the stars when they set like the sun on the horizon, the second is that Allah swore by the constellation Pleiades (a seven star cluster) when it sets like the sun, and the third is that Allah swors by the Qur’an when Gabriel takes it down to Muhammad in instalments (nujuman), because the word star in arabic can also mean instalments or something given in parts so the verse would then read ““by the instalments of the Quran”.

Once we consider why Allah is taking this oath, mentioned in the next verses, it becomes clear Allah is referring to both the stars when they set and the Quran coming down in instalments. Even if the Pleiades is meant because Allah uses the general name of stars instead, the constellation in its role to guide at night would represent all stars because Allah mentions the star sirius by name later in this surah rather then generally. In the verse Allah refers to the verses of the Quran being given to the prophet (saws) with the descriptive imagery of the stars as they are setting like the sun, He is tying the two pictures together, had Allah wanted He could have stated the Quran being sent down in more literal and clear terms but chose this specific phrasing instead.

“Ibn ‘Abbas said regarding the interpretation of Allah’s saying (By the Star when it setteth): ‘(By the Najm when it setteth) He says: Allah swears by the Qur’an when Gabriel takes it down to Muhammad in instalments (nujuman): one, two, three or four verses at a time. There was a 20 years interval between the first and last verses. When this verse was revealed, ‘Utbah Ibn Abi Lahab heard that the Prophet (pbuh) swore by the revelation of the Qur’an in instalment and so he said: “Tell Muhammad that I disbelieve in the instalments of the Qur’an”. When the Prophet (pbuh) was informed of this, he prayed: “O Allah! Set on him one of Your wild beasts”. Later, Allah set on him a lion near Harran that snatched him from among his friends and took him to a place nearby. It tore him apart from head to foot but did not eat him because of his impurity, just as the Prophet (pbuh) had prayed against him.” (Tanwir al Miqbas min Tafsir Ibn Abbas, 53:1)

It may seem clear from the hadith the verse is referring to only the Quran yet of 47 translations of the Quran only two refer to the Quran in instalments, the rest mention the stars, which is the opinion of the mufasireen, the commentators of the Quran.

Allah continues, “Your comrade erreth not, nor is deceived; Nor doth he speak of (his own) desire. It is naught save an inspiration that is inspired, Which one of mighty powers hath taught him” (53:2-5)

Allah takes an oath by the setting of the stars that the prophet (saws) did not make a mistake and wasn’t deceived by what he was receiving, so the topic here is inspiration and right judgment, Allah then stresses this subject with the next verse by saying the prophet doesn’t even speak from his own desire and emphasis it again by literally saying it is inspiration that is inspired in him by the Angel Gabriel.

Quantum Teleportation and the Uwaisi Transmission

Quantum Teleportation and the Uwaisi Transmission (Pdf)

Scientist are beginning to understand that Human consciousness is a state of matter, like a solid, liquid or gas, but born from quantum matter, it is governed by the same laws of physics that govern the rest of the universe. This work discusses how human consciousness is born out of Quantum Mechanics and its relationship to the Uwaisi Transmission of Spiritual Knowledge named after the contemporary of the Prophet Muhammad (saws), Uwais al Qarni (r.a).

Yajooj And Majooj (Gog And Magog)

Book of the End: Great Trials and Tribulations

By Ibn Katheer

After ‘Eesa ibn Maryam kills the Dajjaal, Yajooj and Majooj (Gog and Magog) will come out. And through the blessings of ‘Eesa’s supplications, Allah will then destroy them in a single night. Allah it said:

“Until when Yajooj and Maim] (Gog and Magog) are let loose (from their barrier), and they swoop down from every mound. And the true promise (Day of Resurrection) shall draw near (of fulfillment). Then (when mankind is resurrected from their graves), you shall see the eyes of the disbelievers fixedly stare in horror. (They will say): “Woe to us! We were indeed heedless of this; nay, but we were Zalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.). “Qur’an 21:96-97.

And Allah said regarding the story of Thil-Qarnain:

“Then he followed (another way), until, when he reached between two mountains, he found, before (near) them (those two mountains), a people who scarcely understood a word. They said: “O Dhul-Qarnain! Verily! Yalu] and Majuj (Gog and Magog) are doing great mischief in the land. Shall we then pay you a tribute in order that you might erect a barrier between us and them?” He said: “That (wealth, authority, and power) in which my Lord had established me is better (than your tribute). So help me with strength (of men). I will erect between you and them a barrier.”

“Give me pieces (blocks) of iron,” then, when he had filled up the gap between the two mountain-cliffs, he said: “Blow,” till when he had made it (red as) fire, he said: “Bring me molten copper to pour over it.” So they (Yajuj and Majuj (Gag and Magog)) were made powerless to scale it or dig through it. (Dhul-Qarnain) said: “This is a mercy from my Lord, but when the Promise of my Lord comes, He shall level it down to the ground. And the Promise of my Lord is ever true.” And on that Day (i.e. the Day Ya’juj and Ma’juj (Gog and Magog) will come out), We shall leave them to surge like waves on one another, and the Trumpet will be blown, and We shall collect them all together.” Qur’an 18: 85-99.

In the Tafseer of the story of Dhul-Qarnain – that he built the barrier from iron and copper between two mountains – we mentioned that Dhul-Qarnain said, “This is a mercy from my Lord — that through the barrier, this people who spread corruption in the earth are separated from the people.” “But when the Promise of my Lord comes”. this is referring to the time when the barrier will be destroyed and leveled down to the ground. “And the Promise of my Lord is ever true”: i.e., this matter must come to pass. And at that time, Allah “shall leave them to surge like waves on one another.” And then they will go forth among the people, traveling quickly through every mound. After that time, the trumpet will be blown. In another Verse, Allah said:

“Until, when Ya’jooj and Majuj (Gag and Magog) are let loose (from their barrier), and they swoop down from every mound. And the true promise (Day of Resurrection) shall draw near (of fulfillment). Then (when mankind is resurrected from their graves), you shall see the eyes of the disbelievers fixedly stare in horror ‘ Qur’an 21:96, 97. Continue reading

باب شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ

Narrated AbuHurayrah:

The Prophet (sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) said: The Jews were split up into seventy-one or seventy-two sects; and the Christians were split up into seventy one or seventy-two sects; and my community will be split up into seventy-three sects.

Abu ‘Amir al-Hawdhani said:

Mu’awiyah b. Abi Sufiyan stood among us and said: Beware! The Apostle of ALLA H (SAWS) stood among us and said: Beware! The people of the Book before were split up into seventy-two sects, and this community will be split into seventy three: seventy-two of them will go to Hell and one of them will go to Paradise, and it is the majority group.

Ibn Yahya and ‘Amr added in their version : ” There will appear among my community people who will be dominated by desires like rabies which penetrates its patient”, ‘Amr’s version has: “penetrates its patient. There remains no vein and no joint but it penetrates it.”
